Four Chamberlain Worcester coffee pots and covers and two jugs, circa 1795-1805 The coffee pots of baluster form, two with S-shaped spouts, one with formal decoration in red, orange, yellow and gold, 26.7cm high, marked 'Chamberlains Worcester', the second with floral sprigs, some suspended from a wavy border, 23.5cm high, marked 'Chamberlains Worcester Warranted No.12', the third with gilt vermiculé, 27.4cm high, marked 'Chamberlains Worcester Warranted 403', the fourth with bands of trailed vine in sepia and gold, 24.8cm high, marked 'No 420', the jugs of spiral-moulded form, applied with high scrolled handles, one with an oval panel painted with gardeners in the foreground, Worcester and the Severn behind, with gilt and underglaze blue decoration, 17.3cm high, marked 'Chamberlains Worcester', the second jug with gilt foliage below a blue band at the rim, 17.8cm high, marked 'Chamberlains Worcester' (10) Footnotes: Provenance Tim Olney Collection Charles Dawson Collection The spiral jugs may have been intended for punch.
