Ampoule marquée OS. Pièce laissé dans son état de découverte. A noter une certaine patine et oxydation de la pièce. Le Saint Chrême est l'une des trois Saintes Huiles huile, utilisée pour les onctions de consécrations. Cette pièce a été trouvé dans les ruines laissées par les combats de Tilly sur Seulles, village au sud de Bayeux, prit et reprit 17 fois pendant la bataille. A partly oxidized metal box containing a metal vial. Cap unscrews and is etched with the letters SC for Sanctum Chrisma. The box also has an inside compartment into which the vial fits. The cross on the cover is missing. The vial bears the letters OS. The item is as found. Note a certain patina and oxidization of the item. The Holy Anointing Oil is one of the three consecrated oils used in the Sacrements. This item was found in the ruins of Tilly sur Seulles, a village to the south of Bayeux, taken and retaken 17 times during the battle of Normandy.
