Checks drawn on a foreign bank will not be accepted.

No purchase will be returned to purchasers before payment of all amounts due.
In case of payment by check by the successful bidder, the transfer of ownership of the object will take place only after cashing the check.
Payment by NSF check or non-payment does not entail the responsibility of the Sales Company and releases it from the obligation of payment to the seller.
In the event of payment by uncertified check, the collection of the items may be deferred until receipt.

Purchase Orders

The Auction Company and any experts may execute any purchase order or telephone line request during the auction at no additional cost. The request should be made in writing, at least 24 hours before the start of the sale, using the form included in this catalog, duly completed and accompanied by a check, bank account statement or contact details. bank accounts, as well as a copy of an identity document. In the event of a missing item, CARVAJAL SVV reserves the right not to take into account the purchase order or the request for a telephone bid concerned.
The Sales Company will act on behalf of the bidder, according to the instructions contained in the purchase order form, in order to try to buy the lot(s) at the lowest possible price and not exceeding, in no case, the maximum amount indicated by the bidder.
Bids by telephone: the buyer wishing to be called during the sale will use the form according to the conditions set out above.
Buy orders are a convenience for customers. The Sales Company is not liable for failing to execute an order by mistake, or for any other reason.
