A Hussars´ Sabre
A curved blade with fullers on either side, and a double-edged back point, on back marked "Pottzdam". The pommel is in the shape of a lion´s head, a simple knuckle bow with cross-pieces and with leather grip cover. Germany, 18th century, length 90.5 cm. Blade is probably replaced. Condition 3



Husarensäbel
Geschwungene, beidseitig doppelt gekehlte Klinge mit zweischneidiger Spitze. Am Rücken bezeichnet "Pottzdam". Messinggefäß mit Löwenkopfknauf und lederbezogener Hilze. Deutschland, 18. Jh., Länge 90,5 cm. Klinge wohl später ergänzt. Zustand 3
