Sale Terms and Important Information

All lots will be offered and sold subject to the Conditions of Sale.

By bidding at auctions, bidders are bound by the Conditions, as amended by any announcements and notices at the time of sale, which together form the contract of sale.

All items will be available for online inspection prior to sale. Description or photographs of lots are not warranties. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to carefully inspect value and any other determinative factor. Each lot is sold „as is” „where is”. All sales are final. Artist’s names, signatures do not carry warranty and are not guaranteed unless Certificate of Authenticity accompanies lot.

All bids are subject to a non-refundable 23% buyer’s premium, which shall be paid as part of the purchase price.
Invoices will be sent via e-mail to winning bidders after the sale has ended.

Should items be returned to the Astero due to incorrect delivery address provided or the absence of the buyer to collect the parcel, the buyer will be obligated to make a 2nd payment for shipping and will be liable for other fees and taxes that were associated with the lots being directed back.

Astero offers in-house shipping
Buyers pay shipping cost.

If the buyer win multiple items, we will combine shipping.
All property is to be packed and shipped under the buyer’s risk.
If you require insurance please inquire.
If applicable in case of any other costs or fees, such as customs or import duties, customs clearance and handling are paid by the buyer.
We ship works only after payment is received.
