A 1.5% surcharge applies for every payment by credit card.

Resale right

In addition, for lots where the artist's name is followed by the sign (*), a resale right of 4% will be applied, in relation to the works of artists who lived or died less than 70 years ago, for all auctions equal to or greater than €2,000.

Lots are sold as is. The description of the objects offered for sale included in the catalog should be considered purely indicative, allowing the public to know at the preceding exhibition the nature and condition of the lots offered for auction .

In the event of a dispute or an error in the assignment, the bailiff or the acting notary will, in absolute sovereignty and without appeal, settle any dispute that may arise regarding the auctions during the sale.

The organizer of the sale reserves the right to refuse any bid, to make any decision, splitting, or withdraw lots without having to justify its decision. (Note: all lots are sold individually, except where it is clearly stated "for the lot")

Profits and risks pass to the buyer at the auction. However, he only becomes the owner after full payment of the price and cost. Any complaint must reach us by registered letter within 10 days after the auction, under penalty of inadmissibility.

Buyers are obliged to pay for and receive the lots auctioned to them after the auction session (or, if necessary, by appointment within 7 days after the auction. This appointment must be made after the auction or the next day). After this period, the organizer of the sale reserves the right to transfer the uncollected lots to storage, at the expense and risk of the buyer.

In the event of non-payment, Auctions & Collections BV reserves the right to offer the unpaid lots for sale again without prior notice. They may be re-auctioned as soon as the sale organizer deems it appropriate. In this case, the buyer will be obliged to pay any price difference as well as all related costs and disbursements necessary to reallocate the lot. He cannot claim the profit if there is one.

The buyer is expected to act on his own behalf and is personally responsible for the payment of the lots.

In accordance with VAT legislation, invoices must be requested by buyers immediately after the sale.
