Bel Air Art provides for the In-House shipping of the goods by means of a local carrier. The packaging of the goods is done with the greatest care, but the buyer will be responsible for any damage from the moment of allocation to the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the buyer whether or not to request insurance to cover possible damage from the moment of purchase. The minimum cost of in-house packaging is 30 euros + 21% VAT. Terms & Conditions
All lots are subject to the terms and conditions of the auction and are sold AS-IS without any guarantees. Placed bids are legally binding, there are no returns or refunds solely based on condition. All cataloged entries are strictly statements of opinion of the cataloger and/or the auction gallery and should not be interpreted as fact. No guarantee about the age of the item and a given mark on the item does not necessarily indicate the period. Any absence of a condition report does not imply that the item is in perfect and/or good condition. Please request a condition report and any additional photos and/or information prior to bidding.
1. Payment must be made no later than the 10th (tenth) business day after receival of the invoice. We can only accept bank transfer to our account or payment by debit or credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD).
2. The auction costs amount to 28%. For online bidding committee is 33% depending on the bidding platform. The commission shall be paid by the buyer.
3. Shipping and packing of the purchased goods are only possible after full payment.

5. The goods are sold in the condition they are at the time of admission.
6. Any information, whether written (catalog condition reports), either digital or orally provided by us are for information only and not binding. They are just an opinion and are provided to the best ability. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not mean that the item is in good condition and free from damage, defects, or restorations. The purchaser is presumed that he/she request a condition report by the latest 48 hours before the ending of the sale. Therefore, will not accept any complaints after the assignment.
7. After the allotment the purchaser is responsible for his own good. No goods will be issued to another bidder after the end of the sale, unless otherwise stated.
8. Each purchaser must identify themselves. This requires that we have a copy of an identifying document and / or you have the information on file with the bidding platform. Possibly a bank guarantee requested by an authorized banking institution in Belgium to serve as collateral for non-payment or forfeit.
9. Bidders are supposed to buy for their own account. Submitting a bid is binding. The auctioneer has the right to refuse bids, change the lot order, withdraw a lot or combine a lot. 10. If refund applies the company is obliged to refund the payment to the buyer, no interest can be charged. If the goods have been shipped, refund of the payment will only be proceeded by receival of the (full) item in the same condition. The cost of the packing and shipment cannot be claimed back. If refund is required all costs related to the transport such as the customs, insurance, and shipping fee, are at the expense of the purchaser. 11. The auctioneer cannot be held responsible for any bad Internet connections and all the consequences arising therefrom and, not for the inaccessibility of the buyer via the bidding media. 12. All buyers and sellers are deemed to have taken note of these conditions which they declare their agreement.
