SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND BEE BROOCH, CIRCA 1900 Cushion-shaped sapphire Seed pearl Cushion-shaped and rose-cut diamonds Length 5.7cm Weight approx. 5.5g Footnotes: OVERALL CONDITION Some surface wear to unhallmarked metal (testing as 10ct gold and silver) with some scuffs and scratches, some eye visible discolouration. Seed pearl displaying a cream body colour with some dimples. One light pink gemstone eye chipped. Pin fitting secure. SAPPHIRE Displaying a medium purplish blue hue with inclusions visible under 10x magnification, some surface reaching. Some abrasion to facet edges visible under 10x magnification.
