A French gilt bronze mounted Meissen porcelain potpourri vase and cover the porcelain probably 18th century, the mounts of a later date the baluster body pierced to the shoulder with eight circular apertures with turquoise rocaille moulded surrounds beneath an undulating puce fishscale frieze and trailing floral garlands, the foliate cast pierced rim mount below a domed dover with pinecone cast finial similarly decorated with floral garlands and marching borders, the socle with scattered floral sprays, the underside with underglaze blue crossed sword mark, raised on an open acanthus C scroll and rocaille cast base, 23.5cm high, 12cm wide, 12cm deep approximately overall For further information on this lot please visit Bonhams.com For further information about this lot please visit the lot listing
