A pair of Meissen porcelain sweetmeat figures late 19th century/early 20th century modelled as a seated gallants on rockwork naturalistic bases, their costumes enamelled in pastel colours with flower sprigged turquoise frock coats, the figures holding oversized bulbous bowls and covers to their laps decorated with floral sprays and butterflies and insects, the covers with strawberry finials, the underside of the base of one with one underglaze blue crossed sword factory mark and indistinct incised number, the other with indistinct underglaze blue crossed sword factor mark, 18.5cm high, 10cm wide, 14cm deep (2) For further information on this lot please visit Bonhams.com For further information about this lot please visit the lot listing
