A matched pair of Meissen figural twin light dwarf candelabra modelled as egg collectors late 19th/early 20th century modelled as a young boy handing eggs from a nest to a seated young lady and a gardener handing eggs to a young girl, their clothes enamelled in pastel colours with floral sprigged decoration, both pairs of figures before rustic tree stumps, their branches forming the candle arms with floral sprig enamelled candle nozzles with petal edged collars, the bases with underglaze blue crossed sword marks and incised numbers 1753 and 1160 respectively, the first with red painted number 23, the second with gilt number 2., the first, 23cm high, 18cm wide, 10.5cm deep, the second, 22.5cm high, 16.5cm wide, 10cm deep (2) For further information on this lot please visit Bonhams.com For further information about this lot please visit the lot listing
