Bidding: In-person bidding is not available at this auction - this is an online-only timed sale, which means the person with the highest bid when the time runs out, wins the lot. You can bid online across one of the many platforms that host our sales. A bid within the last ten minutes will extend the auction by ten minutes.
Payment: We accept all major debit cards (£500 limit if paying over the phone), credit cards (maximum £200), or cash in person. Invoices over £500 will need to be paid by Bank Transfer only. If you're bidding online then we are able to accept debit card payments via the-saleroom.com payment portal and a link will be emailed along with your invoice.
Storage; We politely request that all invoices are settled within 5 days of the auction. We are unable to store items for longer than this period. Any items outstanding after this period (where delivery, collection or postage has not been arranged) will be moved to offsite storage and charged at a rate of £5 per lot, per day. We are open for click and collect (see above) and our nationwide courier service is fully operational.
