Conventionnel, ministre de la Police de Napoléon, duc d’Otrante. Pièce signée. Paris, 12 thermidor an 10 (31 juillet 1802). 2 pp. bi-feuillet in-folio en partie imprimée, en-tête du ministère de la Police avec sa vignette, cachet du ministère de la Justice. Certificat d’amnistie délivré par le ministère de la Police au nommé Deslyons, natif d’Arras et en surveillance à Taissy (Marne). Sur le rapport du préfet de la Marne, cet individu ne jouit d’aucun titres, places, décorations, traitements ni pensions de puissances étrangères. Document signé par Fouché, ministre de la Police, et contresigné par Abrial ministre de la Justice.
