Der segnende Christus schwebt darüber. Die Gottesmutter und der hl. Johannes der Täufer stehen in Bitthaltung zu Seiten des Thrones. Im Himmelsfirmament verehren vier Engel den leeren, für das Jüngste Gericht bereitgestellten Thron Christi, die sogenannte Etimasia.
