SHUZAN: DER GLÜCKSGOTT FUKUROKUJUNetsuke-Okimono, Holz mit Bemalung. Japan, 19. Jh.Sehr typische Arbeit für den Stil von Shuzan Nagamachi oder einem seiner Nachfolger. Fuku-roku-ju, dessen Name bereits alles besagt (Glück-Reichtum-Langes Leben), istmit seinem charakteristisch überhohen Kopf und einem großen Blattfächer dargestellt, der „lebenerweckende“ Funktion hat. Der Fukujin (Glücksgott) trägt noble chinesische Gewandung, ist bärtig und hat die langen Ohren mit dicken Läppchen. Die Bemalung ist dekorativ und teils mit Auflagen und Vergoldung gemacht. Die Signatur rückseits SHU-ZAN ist rot eingefärbt.HÖHE 5,3 CMAus einer alten Münchner PrivatsammlungSHUZAN: THE LUCKY GOD FUKUROKUJUNestuke okimono, painted wood. The Fukujin (lucky god) wears noble Chinese attire, is bearded and has long ears with thick earlobes. The painting is ornamental and partly executed with applications and gilding.
