Fotoalbum Olympia 1952 - Großformatiges Fotoalbum eines deutschen Olympiatouristen zu den Olympischen Spielen Helsinki 1952 mit 4 original Eintrittskarten (3x Leichtathletik + Schlußfeier), 2x Programmhefte der Olympiade 1952. 64 Privatfotos (9,5x7 cm) von den Spielen 1952 und 10 S/W-Pressefotos (23x18 + 15x10 cm). Außerdem zahlreiche Dokumente, Postkarten und Zeitungsauschnitte auf insgesamt 46 Seiten. Alle Stücke eingeklebt. - Das Album gehörte den Hamburger Leichtathlethen Claus Geertz (Hamburger SV), der mehrmals an den deutschen Leichtatheltik - Meisterschaften in der Staffel teilnahm. Die anderen 54 Seiten des Albums sind mit Dokumneten von sportlichen Ereignissen aus der Zeit von 1951 bis 1956 gefüllt an denen Geertz teilnahm. --Einige Seiten lose; es wurden wenige Belege aus dem Album entfernt (Abrissspuren).

Includes four original tickets (3 track-and-field, 1 closing Ceremony) 2 programmes for the 1952 Olympics. 64 private photos (9.5 x 7 cm) from the Games 1952 and 10 black-and-white press photos (23 x 18 and 15 x 10 cm). Plus many documents, postcards and newspaper clippings on 46 pages. Alle pieces pasted, the album belonged to Hamburg track-and-field athlete Claus Geerz (Hamburger SV) who participated multiple times in German championships in the relay team. The other 54 pages of the album are filled with documents of events that Geertz participated in fro 1951 to 1956. Some pages are loose, some documents were removed from the album (tear-off edge). Approx. 100 pages. Leather cover with leather lock, 37 x 30 cm.

The lots have been described conscientiously. The authenticity of the lots is guaranteed if nothing to the contrary is mentioned in the text.
Prices listed in the catalogue are estimates only. The lots may be sold at higher or lower prices. Auctioning will start at 80% of estimate unless at least two higher bids have been received. Bids under 80% of estimate are not accepted by the auctioneer.
Bids are to be submitted in € only. They are executed conscientiously and without any commission.
A buyer´s fee of 19,5% is added to the successful bid. Foreign purchasers from EEC countries will be charged the German VAT. Postage, insurance and bank charges will also be added. Payment is due within 10 days of the auction invoice. The buyer is responsible for compliance with import regulations.
Bids by customers unknown to us are executed only when a sufficient deposit is mailed with the bids of verifiable bank or trade references are furnished.
The auctioneer reserves the right to sent lots only after payment has been made by a bank transfer to one of our accounts, or by a check in € drawn on a German bank. A personal check has to clear first.
