Teilnehmerabzeichen 1972 - Offizielles Teilnehmerabzeichen der CISM (Conseil International du Sport Militaire) für die Olympischen Spiele München 1972 mit der Aufschrift "CISM München 1972 Dorf" mit Olympischen Ringen und dem Logo der CISM, Bronze, versilbert, farbig bedruckt mit Kunststofffolie, 6x4 cm. - Original Abzeichen für das Olympische Dorf in Feldafing bei München. Kein offizielles olympisches Dorf zwar, das gab es nur in München. Aber ein Militärdorf, in dem Sportsoldaten wohnten, die sich für die Olympischen Spiele nicht qualifiziert hatten. Als Auszeichnung für militärische Verdienste oder sportliche Erfolge quartierten sie die Militärverbände der Welt in Feldafing ein. Über zwei mal zwei Wochen wohnten je 800 Sportler aus 33 Nationen, hauptsächlich aus arabischen und aus NATO-Staaten, im CISM-Dorf. Das ist die Abkürzung für Conseil International du Sport Militaire, dem internationalen Militärsportverband. Silver plated bronze, colour print in plastic wrapping, 6 x 4 cm. Original badge for the Olympic village in Feldafing near Munich. This wasn't the official Olympic Village which was in Munich only. This was a Military Olympic Village where only army athletes who had not qualified for the Olympic Games lived. As an award for their merits the military associations (worldwide) accommodated them into the Feldafing Village. Twice for one week each, about 800 athletes from 33 nations, mainly from Arabic countries or NATO states lived there. CISM is short for Conseil International du Sport Militaire, the International Military Sports Council. The badge was awarded to senior officials of the CISM only. The lots have been described conscientiously. The authenticity of the lots is guaranteed if nothing to the contrary is mentioned in the text.
Prices listed in the catalogue are estimates only. The lots may be sold at higher or lower prices. Auctioning will start at 80% of estimate unless at least two higher bids have been received. Bids under 80% of estimate are not accepted by the auctioneer.
Bids are to be submitted in € only. They are executed conscientiously and without any commission.
A buyer´s fee of 19,5% is added to the successful bid. Foreign purchasers from EEC countries will be charged the German VAT. Postage, insurance and bank charges will also be added. Payment is due within 10 days of the auction invoice. The buyer is responsible for compliance with import regulations.
Bids by customers unknown to us are executed only when a sufficient deposit is mailed with the bids of verifiable bank or trade references are furnished.
