Siegermedaille WM1950 - Offizielle Siegermedaille für den 2. bis 4. Platz bei der 4.Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft 1950 in Brasilien. „Coupe Jules Rimet World Cup Brasil 1950". Silber, 3,6x2,2 cm. - Bei der Fußball - Weltmeisterschaft 1950 in Brasilien gab es kein Endspiel. Der Weltmeister wurde in einer 4er Gruppe ausgespielt. Weltmeister wurde Uruguay. Der Weltmeister Uruguay erhielt diese Medaille in Gold (13 Exemplare) alle anderen Mannschaften dieser Finalgruppe erhielten jeweils 13 Exemplare von dieser Silbermedailler. 2. Platz Brasilien, 3. Schweden, 4.Platz Spanien (FIFA Reglement World Cup 1950). Insgesamt wurde 39 Exemplare an diese Mannschaften ausgegeben-- Museumsstück!!!. -

Silver. 3.6 x 2.2 cm. There was no final at the football World Cup in Brazil 1950. A group of four teams played for the title of the Word Champion. World Champions Uruguay received the medal in gold (13 copies), all other teams of this group got 13 copies each of this silver medal. Brazil came second, Sweden came third, Spain came fourth. (FIFA Reglement World Cup 1950) Totally 39 medals of the silvermedal were offered to the teams. Museum piece.

The lots have been described conscientiously. The authenticity of the lots is guaranteed if nothing to the contrary is mentioned in the text.
Prices listed in the catalogue are estimates only. The lots may be sold at higher or lower prices. Auctioning will start at 80% of estimate unless at least two higher bids have been received. Bids under 80% of estimate are not accepted by the auctioneer.
Bids are to be submitted in € only. They are executed conscientiously and without any commission.
A buyer´s fee of 19,5% is added to the successful bid. Foreign purchasers from EEC countries will be charged the German VAT. Postage, insurance and bank charges will also be added. Payment is due within 10 days of the auction invoice. The buyer is responsible for compliance with import regulations.
