Bildnis des Tsongkhapa - Bronzefigur vergoldet, Tibet 18./19.Jh., die Figur zeigt den Reformator und Stifter des Gelugpa-Ordens auf einem doppelten Lotosthron, die Hände hält er in der Geste des Lehrens (dharmacakra-mudra) vor der Brust, auf seinem Haupt trägt er die charakteristische Spitzhaube, sein Gewand ist mit verzierten Borten gesäumt, überaus einnehmend ist hier der freundlich-jugendliche Gesichtsausdruck des Gelehrten,zwei Lotosblüten flankieren seine Schultern, mittels der hierauf platzierten Attribute Buch und Schwert wird der Dargestellte in die Nähe des Weisheitsbodhisattva Manjushri (Schutzpatron der Gelehrten) gerückt, als dessen Inkarnation er gilt,Boden versiegelt und graviert mit Doppel-Dorje-Motiv mit eingeschlossenem Svastika-Symbol, Vergoldung zeitbedingt abgegriffen, H.ca.14,5cm
