FIVE FOB SEALS AND A SWIVEL FOB PENDANT NECKLACE, 19TH CENTURY AND LATER 1st: Stirrup form, foliate engraved case Rectangular bloodstone intaglio crest seal Length 3.3cm 2nd: Fluted and foliate engraved case Rectangular orange paste matrix engraved 'HRG' Length 3.1cm 3rd: Fluted and scroll case Rectangular carnelian matrix engraved 'HG' Length 3.5cm 4th: Openwork stirrup form Rectangular carnelian matrix engraved 'RH' Length 2.5cm 5th: Openwork stirrup form Oval carnelian intaglio depicting goddess Demeter Length 2.0cm 6th: Swivel fob pendant, vacant circular bloodstone and carnelian matrices, 1920 Tapering curb-link chain, 9 carat gold Maker's marks, UK hallmarks Lengths: pendant 3.5cm, chain 39.0cm Total weight approx. 111.0g (6) Footnotes: OVERALL CONDITION 1st: some discolouration and wear to the unhallmarked metal (testing as 9ct gold, possibly gold cased), the gold casing worn down to lower carat gold case and down to base metal underlayer in a few areas. Bloodstone matrix good. 2nd: Some wear and discolouration to unhallmarked metal (testing as 13ct gold, possibly gold cased). 3rd: Some wear and discolouration to the unhallmarked metal (testing as 8ct rose gold, possibly gold cased), some areas worn through the gold casing down to base metal. Intaglio with some abrasion and small chips around the engraving junctions. 4th: Some wear to the unhallmarked metal (testing as 9ct gold, possibly gold cased), some areas worn through the gold casing down to base metal). Intaglio with some abrasion and small chips around the engraving junctions. 5th: Some wear to the unhallmarked metal (testing as 9ct gold, possibly gold cased), some areas worn through the gold casing down to base metal). Intaglio good. 6th: Some light wear and light scratches to the gold, commensurate with age. Swivel seal with Chester hallmark, date letter 'u' for 1920. Buyers' Premium and Charges

28% on the first £40,000 of the hammer price;
27% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £40,000 up to and including £800,000;
21% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £800,000 up to and including £4,500,000;
and 14.5% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £4,500,000.
