The interior tin-lined with an (illegible) maker's mark stamped into the handle, 28.5cm long Footnotes: Provenance: with Helios Numismatik, Munzen & Antike Kunst, 6 March 2011. Property from a Princely Collection, acquired from the above. Vessels such as these were commonly issued to members of the military and were carried with them while on campaign.
