Publisher's blue cloth with silkscreen decoration and red felt patch on upper cover. Lacking slipcase, light wear to spine ends. LIMITED EDITION, number 198 of 800 copies (but 200 distributed), signed by Miller and Schatz on the rear endpaper. Of the original print run of 800 sets of sheets, only around 200 were bound and distributed.
