Please be informed that this lot has been removed from the auction at the advice of HMRC. This action was taken due to the V5C registration document indicating a 1983 import concession (for armed forces), despite having four subsequent private owners.
Pending further instruction from HMRC regarding whether we are obligated to apply Import VAT on the eventual Hammer Price, dating back to 1983, the motorcycle will be reoffered in a forthcoming motorcycle auction.
