A set of five Whitefriars faceted patterned millefiori Christmas paperweights, dated 1975-79 Designed by Geoffrey Baxter, each with a close-packed arrangement of complex canes including carpet-grounds, inset with festive images in millefiori, comprising 'A Host of Angels' (1975), 'Three Wise Men' (1976), 'The Manger' (1977), 'The Journey to Bethlehem' (1978), and 'A Partridge in a Pear Tree' (1979), each inset with a dated 'monk' signature cane, cut with top windows and five side printies, largest 8.2cm diam, tallest 4.5cm high, inscribed '885', '441', '90, '300' and '311' in diamond-point respectively, with original paper labels and certificates (5) For further information on this lot please visit Bonhams.com For further information about this lot please visit the lot listing
