Webb, signed by him in the margin), publisher's vellum gilt, ties (one detached), spotting and soiling, 8vo, Chiswick, Bedford Park, Caradoc Press, 1905 Footnotes: THE AUTHOR'S OWN COPY OF ONLY TWO COPIES PRINTED ON VELLUM. Provenance: George Andrew Hobson (1854-1917), bookplate. An off-print of his obituary from 'The Engineer', and other newspaper cutting relating to his career loosely inserted. Born in Leeds, the nephew of James Falshaw, Hobson's most celebrated design was for the bridge spanning the Zambesi River, Victoria Falls.
