Folio: 10 x 7 in. (25.4 x 17.8 cm), irregular Footnotes: Stuart Cary Welch's notes on the backboard of the accompanying frame indicate he first attributed this masterful drawing to Ajmer or Sawar in Rajasthan, around 1690, 'probably by an artist trained at Aurangabad'. However, a later note indicates he changed his mind, deciding that a Golconda origin, circa 1670, was more likely.
