SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND RING BAGUE SAPHIRS ET DIAMANTS • French import mark for 18 carat yellow gold (750°/00) • 3 oval-cut sapphires • 2 sapphire cabochons • Numerous rose-, single- and old brilliant-cut diamonds • Ring size 51 to 57 (FR) - L to P½ (UK) - (sizing ring) • Gross weight: 24.09 grams Footnotes: OVERALL CONDITION: Metal tested and stamped for 18 carat gold; presence of a sizing ring; one diamond deficient; superficial wear in the form of minor scratches; overall good condition. PRINCIPAL COLOURED GEMSTONES: # 3 oval-cut sapphires Approximate measurements: 7.10 x 5.60 mm; 7.10 x 5.00 mm; 8.65 x 7.40 mm Clarity: typical inclusions Hue: blue with yellow and green reflexions Tone: medium dark Chips. # 2 sapphire cabochons Approximate measurements: 6.80 x 4.80 mm Clarity: typical inclusions Hue: blue Tone: medium dark Fissures.
