A COLLECTION OF CARVED WOOD ITEMS 18th-20th century Comprising: a carved wood 'qilong and lingzhi fungus' ruyi sceptre; a pair of wood cups, with silver liners; a coconut bowl and cover, carved with shou-character roundels alternating with auspicious symbols, the interiors copper lined; a mother-of-pearl inlaid black lacquer 'riverscape' oval box and cover, with a leather case; a libation cup carvedas a gnarled trunk with emerging leafy branches; and a rectangular wood panel carved and pierced with a scene depicting warriors in battle from the Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
