Hirsch is one that bends with the history of Bourbon itself. From rescued barrels of Pennco distillery in Pennsylvania, Julian Van Winkle III would bottle a 15 Year Old, 16 Year Old, 18 Year Old, 19 Year Old, and finally a 20 Year Old mostly released for the Japanese Market in the early 1990's.
