The three scholar and boy paintings 124.5cm (49in) high x 30.5cm (12in) wide; the two bird paintings 125cm (49 1/4in) high x 30.5cm (12in) wide; the landscape painting 92cm (36 1/4in) x 38.5cm (15 1/8in). Buyers' Premium and Charges

28% on the first £40,000 of the hammer price;
27% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £40,000 up to and including £800,000;
21% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of £800,000 up to and including £4,500,000;
and 14.5% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of £4,500,000.
