BHUTAN WINE COMPANY, SER KEM 2023 | DOUBLE MAGNUM AND EXPERIENCE Highlights: - Ser Kem 2023 (one x 3L), bottle no. 2, in custom original wood case - Private Tasting with Senior team members of Bhutan Wine Company - Direct Allocation to the next five Bhutan Wine Company vintages The Lot Offered Wine This lot features a large format 3L bottling of Bhutan's first-ever vintage, Ser Kem 2023. This commemorative blend consists of every red and white grape variety from each vineyard that was harvested during the inaugural 2023 viticultural season. There was only one barrel of this inaugural blend vinified, and this is one of three 3L bottles created. In honor of this first vintage, the bottle is signed by the team behind Bhutan Wine Company: co-founder Mike Juergens, co-founder and CEO Ann Cross, COO Karma Choeda, and Viticulturalist Russell Moss, and includes a commemorative wooden box sourced from local Bhutanese wood and crafted by Bhutanese wood making artisans. Experience In addition to this rare bottling, this lot includes: - Private Tasting (virtual or in person): A private tasting with the Senior members of the Bhutan Wine Company, where you will have the opportunity to learn firsthand about the winemaking process, the vision behind the Bhutan Wine Company, and the incredible journey this winery is embarking on. - Direct Allocation: Direct allocation for the next five vintages produced, placing you among the first to enjoy future releases. Experience Terms and Conditions Private Tasting -Fulfillment: This experience is being offered by, and will be fulfilled by, Bhutan Wine Company, Inc. -Booking Period: The experience must be booked and completed from June 1, 2025- December 31, 2026. Booking is subject to availability and must therefore be scheduled no less than 3 months in advance of the tour. -Participation: The experience includes participation in the private tasting for 4 persons (the buyer of the lot and 3 guests). The experience can take place virtually, or in person in New York City, another mutually agreed U.S. location, or in Bhutan (solely at the buyer's expense). -Additional Costs: Any costs, expenses and/or arrangements not explicitly included in the experience are solely and exclusively the responsibility and at the expense of the buyer and the buyer's guest(s). For the avoidance of doubt, this experience does NOT include or cover any travel to or stay in Bhutan. Any travel documentation, including valid passport, visas, and obtaining same is also the sole responsibility of the buyer and buyer's guests. -Transferability: This experience is not transferable. -No Refunds: This experience is non-refundable. The buyer of the lot is not eligible for a refund of any kind if the experience is booked and the buyer or any of the buyer's guests are not appropriately prepared for travel, or not otherwise able to participate in any of the activities. -Cancellation and Rescheduling: Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 months prior to the scheduled experience date. Cancellations made less than 3 months prior to the scheduled experience date may result in forfeiture of the experience. -Discretion: Bhutan Wine Company, Inc. reserves the right to modify elements of the experience with substantially similar elements and is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the experience that is beyond its reasonable control. Direct Allocation -Fulfillment: This experience is being offered by, and will be fulfilled by, Bhutan Wine Company, Inc. -Participation: The buyer of the lot will have access to the next 5 vintages allocation. -Additional Costs: Any costs, expenses and/or arrangements not explicitly included in the experience are solely at the expense of the buyer of the lot. For the avoidance of doubt, direct allocation does NOT include the price of the wine. Should the buyer of the lot elect to exercise the direct allocation, this shall be at the buyer's sole and separate expense. -Transferability: This experience is not transferable; the direct allocation will be and remain under the name of the buyer of the lot. -No Refunds: This experience is non-refundable. Oversized Lots
