Includes in-depth studies by José Gomes Monteiro and Mendes Leal. Copy nº 65, nominative «à la presse» (property of João da Silva Mello Guimarães), special edition of 100, printed on heavier weight paper, signed by the printer and the publisher. Copy with very slight foxing, but generally clean, preserving the original binding, fully in red morocco (with small flaws at the top and foot of the spine) with blocking press engraving on the upper cover and the blue and gilt edges; The original endpapers are preserved in gold-stamped paper.
