The business is done at the place of auction in Basle, which is therefore the place of performance of the transaction and of the
court of jurisdiction. The courts of the canton Basel-Stadt are exclusively responsible for all litigations between the buyer and
the organizer of the auction sale. The buyer recognizes by his participation this exclusive right of the court of Basle-Stadt and
of its jurisdiction. The auction and all consequent sales are held under Swiss jurisdiction excluding the Convention of International Sale
of Goods (CISG). All parties recognize the exclusive choice of Swiss jurisdiction with any matter
arising from the organisation and performance of the auction sale.
In all other respects, the conditions are those customary for auction sales held in Basle.
The German version of the conditions of sale is definite and legally binding in the event of any disputes.
