Participating at the auction, the bidder accepts the following Terms and Conditions of Sale:

1.The auction relies on a free and voluntary basis. It is held by Auction House ENAKOR, which is a single limited liability company with headquarters: 44 Yanko Sakazov blvd, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria license No. RU02-3 / 09.2016 by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bulgaria to perform tendering activity and permit No.02-0002 / 23.11.2011. by the Ministry of Culture for carrying out commercial activity with identified cultural values.

2. All objects for auction are presented in the catalogue and can be viewed and examined before the auction on site at the Auction House ENAKOR, also upon a request we can send more photos of the objects from the specified auction .All objects are auctioned in the condition in which they are at the time. Auction House ENAKOR shall not be held liable for visible and hidden defects or ascribed attributes. Auction House ENAKOR offers all items for sale at auction "as is", meaning that the paintings, icons and furniture are sold with all existing faults and imperfections as cracks, restorations, lacks or substitutions. All of the objects from the auction have the needed documentation according to the Bulgarian Law.

3. Descriptions and illustrations in the catalogues or in any other visual material are exclusively meant to identify the items and reflects opinions, therefore they can be modified before the auction. Concerning the catalogue, Auction House ENAKOR is not responsible for mistakes and omissions that may occur. The images should not be considered like the exact representations of the state of preservation of the objects.

4. Interested bidders have no right to demand the public announcement of the consignor's name.

5. The starting (reserve) price of each lot is published in the catalogue, which is the confidential minimum hammer price at which a lot will be sold. Biddings will be accepted from any source: phone bidding, absentee bidding, internet bidding, or bidding in the auction house (if there are no restrictions due to COVID-19).

6. During the auction the auctioneer has the right to change the bidding increments at his discretion. The auctioneer always reserves the right to withdraw a lot for any reason he seems appropriate. Each buyer by making a bid for a lot acknowledges that he/she has satisfied him/herself fully before bidding by inspection or otherwise in accordance with all sale terms and conditions, physical condition and description of the lot, including, but not restricted to whether the lot is damaged or has been repaired or restored.

7. The bidder with the highest bid, if there are no other bids and after the auctioneer repeats the highest bid three times, is the winning bid.

8. Buyer's premium is 15% of hammer price and applicable to all purchases. Live bidding at Invaluable / AuctionZip adds another 5% charges (VAT included).

9. Buyer's premium, charges and shipping fees include the statutory VAT. Taxes are not separately shown on the invoice. For questions, please contact us.

Payment:
Payment for the sold items can be made immediately after the auction or within 7 business days from the date of its holding. The payment must be done by bank transfer, with PayPal (+ 5% additional tax), in cash or by card in the gallery of the auction house. If a participant does not pay for the object the amount he has earned together with the premium for the auction house and the charge of Invaluable / AuctionZip within 7 working days and after a reminder, then the auction house has the right to offer this object to third party and reserves the right to take all necessary steps under Bulgarian law to compensate for its losses from the actions of the buyer who has given up. Also, the auction house has the right not to allow this buyer any more at its auction.

Shipping:
Auction House will help arrange shipment, at buyer's expense. After the buyer pays the item, which he won at the auction, we will contact him/her to specify the price of the shipping. The price of the shipping varies according to the size and weight of the objects. Charges and delivery times may vary depending on the object and the destination. The insurance is obligatory We are not responsible for extended delivery times after handing over to the shipper.
