Jeweils dunkelgrundig, darauf ein ovaler Blütenkranz, dicht geflochten und gebildet aus Frühlings- und Sommerblumen wie Tulpen, Nelken, Anemonen, Rosen, blauen Königswinden und Strauchblumen. Im Inneren des ovalen Kranzes jeweils spielende Putten, vom Seitenlicht wirkungsvoll beleuchtet. In einem der Bilder mit Windrädern, im Gegenstück mit einem Seifenblasenspiel dargestellt. In jedem der Kranzinnenflächen vier Putten in bewegter Haltung, dabei jeweils eines der Kinder durch besondere Beleuchtung hervorgehoben. Malweise von höchster Qualität. The paintings were created as pendants. Each work of oval format with a densely braided floral wreath of spring and summer flowers such as tulips, carnations, anemones, roses, heavenly blues and shrub flowers, set against a dark background. At the centre of each wreath a group of putti are engaged in play, lit strikingly from the side. In one painting they are playing with wind mills, in the other with bubbles. Each group consists of four putti captured in movement, one of which is illuminated distinctly. The painting technique of the highest quality whereby the design idea was pioneered by famous painters such as Abraham Brueghel.
