Versteinertes Ei eines Diplodocus Westliches Nordamerika, Zeitalter des Oberjura, Alter ca. 150 Millionen Jahre. Versteinertes, nahezu ballgroßes Ei mit perfekter Oberfläche, Durchmesser ca. 18 cm. Dazu ein aufgebrochenes Ei, bei dem Eidotter und Eiweiß klar getrennt voneinander zu unterscheiden sind, außerdem die künstlerische Nachbildung eines Embryos in einer farbig gefassten steinernen Masse. Zustand: I - II A fossilised egg of a Diplodocus Western North America, Late Jurassic period, circa 150 million years old. The fossilised egg almost of the size of a ball, the surface perfectly intact, diameter circa 18 cm. Includes a broken egg, in which the egg yolk and egg white are clearly distinguishable from one another, furthermore, the artistic reproduction of an embryo in a coloured stone mass. Condition: I - II
