Der Soldat verrichtete seinen Dienst bei der Feldfliegerabteilung 8 bzw. der Jasta 35. Im Album Fotos von Doppeldeckern der verschiedenen Typen, Portraits, Besatzungen vor ihren Maschinen, Luftaufnahmen, einige Zeppeline, zerstörte Ortschaften überwiegend in Frankreich. Gute Technik-Aufnahmen und uniformkundliches Material. Weiterhin Bilder der Feldflieger-Abtlg. 38, "FEA 21, 222, 260", Jagdstaffel "13". Fotos größtenteils Westfront (Malines, Sailly, St. Pierre-Vaast, Fort Douaumont, Biala), aber auch Ostfront (Warschau). Maße Album 35 x 26 x 5 cm, der Einband-Deckel fehlt. Sehr gut geführtes Album mit interessanten Aufnahmen und bekannten Fliegergrößen wie Ludwig Hanstein (gefallen 1918, Träger des bay. Militär-Max-Joseph-Ordens). Depicted in the album are images of biplanes of different types, portraits, crews in front of their machines, aerial views, a few Zeppelin views, destroyed locales predominantly in France. Good technical and uniform-related material. Further, photos of Field Flying Detachment 38, "FEA 21, 222, 260", and Fighter Squadron "13". Images are mainly of the Western Front (Malines, Sailly, St. Pierre-Vaast, Fort Douaumont, Biala) but also the Eastern Front (Warsaw). Album dimensions 35 x 26 x 5 cm, the cover lid missing. A very well composed album with interesting images, also of famous pilots like Ludwig Hanstein (died 1918, winner of the Bavarian Military Order of Max Joseph). Condition: II/II - III
