Zwei gravierte, verzierte Deckel mit Darstellung des Emblems der Moskauer-Kazan-Eisenbahngesellschaft, rs. eingravierte russische Widmung "Für Stepan Martynovitch Martynov 1883-1904". Inseitig Herstellerbezeichnung, Nr. 94259, schweizerische und russische Feingehaltspunzen "84/0,875" sowie Stadtwappen von Fleurier. Durchmesser 5,3 cm. Guter Zustand, funktionsfähig.
