Beidseitig detaillierte Medaillonmalerei, in der Öse die Kokoshnikkopfpunze für in 56 zolotniki gewogenes Gold mit der Beschau-Amtsmeister-Kennung in kyrillischen Lettern für Yakob Lyapunov (Petersburg 1899 - 1903). Breite 43 mm. Gewicht 15,5 g. Mit längerem Halsbandabschnitt im goldbedruckten Verleihungsetui (schmutzig) aus rotem Maroquinleder. 1902 an den Admiral Jacobsen verliehene Ordensdekoration.
