Zustand:
Die Lampe ist in gutem Zustand mit leichten Altersspuren. Die Elektrifizierung ist original. Die Lampenschirme wurden ersetzt. Bei einem Kurzzeittest war die Lampe funktionstüchtig, ohne Garantie auf Dauerfunktion.

Kalmar (gegr. 1880)
Die Firma Kalmar wurde 1880 von Julius August Kalmar gegründet. Sie war zunächst auf die Herstellung von Bronze-Objekten spezialisiert. Um die Jahrhundertwende begann der Sohn des Gründers, Julius Theodor Kalmar, ein Studium bei dem renommierten Architekten und Designer Josef Hofmann sowie an der Birmingham School of Art and Design. Beeinflusst von der Arts and Crafts Bewegung, führte Kalmar Junior das Unternehmen in eine neue Richtung in den Bereichen des modernen österreichischen Interior Designs mit dem Fokus auf Lampenherstellung. Condition:
The lamp is in good condition, showing slight wear marks. The electrifications are original. The lampshade has been replaced. During a short-term test, the lamp was in working order, but long-term functionality cannot be guaranteed.

Kalmar (est. 1880)
The company was founded in 1880 by Julius August Kalmar and was first specialized in the production of bronze objects. Around the turn of the century, the founder's son Julius Theodor Kalmar began to study under the guidance of the renowned architect and designer Josef Hofmann, as well as at the Birmingham School of Art and Design. Influenced by the Arts and Crafts movement, Kalmar Junior led the company into a new direction in the field of modern Austrian interior design with a focus on lightings. (cko)
