Dieser große und bezaubernd handgearbeitete Teppich in Rya-Knüpftechnik wurde in den 1940/50er Jahren hergestellt. Wie ein großer intensiver tiefblauer Saphir in der Mitte des Teppichs erstreckt sich das Muster auf dem Teppich, das einem Mandala ähnelt. Ein elegantes, ausgesprochen haltbares Kunstwerk zum Anfassen.
Der Teppich befindet sich in einem guten Zustand mit üblichen Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren. Die Fransen sind leicht ausgedünnt und die Maße sind 200 x 135 cm.

This large rya rug was hand-knotted during the 1940s/50s. The composition is reminiscent of a mandala, with a large, deep blue sapphire in the centre. An elegant and extremely durable work of art – and you can touch it too!
The rug is in good condition with common traces of age and wear. The fringes are slightly thinned. The rug measures 200 x 135 cm.
