Der Ring befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand mit kaum Tragespuren. Die Ringgröße ist 51, US: 5,7, das Gesamtgewicht liegt bei ca. 8,15 g.

Es ist seit Jahrhunderten gängige und anerkannte Praxis, die Farbe und Reinheit von Farb-Edelsteinen durch unterschiedliche Behandlungen zu verbessern. Nur wenn eine Behandlung zweifelsfrei ausgeschlossen werden kann, sind die Edelsteine als „unbehandelt“ beschrieben.

Bulgari (seit 1884)
Bulgari wurde von Sotirio Bulgari gegründet, der aus einer Familie von Silberschmieden stammte. 1884 eröffnete er sein erstes Geschäft in Rom in der Via Sistina, und im Jahre 1905 zog er in die Via dei Condotti, wo der Laden noch heute existiert. Seine Söhne Giorgio und Constantino führten ab 1932 die Firma weiter. Ihnen ist der typische „Bvlgari“ Stil zu verdanken, inspiriert vom griechischen und römischen Klassizismus, der italienischen Renaissance und der römischen Goldschmiedeschule des 19. Jahrhunderts. Bulgaris Schmuckstücke mit antiken Münzen, oder gar die „Tubogas“ als Halskette, Armband/-uhr oder Ohrringe gehören zu den berühmtesten Entwürfen. Die Marke Bulgari ist seit Jahrzehnten bei der „High Society“ beliebt, vor allem der italienischen, zu der zum Beispiel die Schauspielerin Gina Lollobrigida oder gar Elizabeth Taylor gehörte. In den 1970er Jahren expandierte Bulgari weltweit und eröffnete Geschäfte in New York, Paris, Genf, Monte Carlo und zahlreichen anderen Orten. Heutzutage gibt es mehr als 155 Bulgari-Geschäfte weltweit.

The ring is in a very good condition with minimal traces of wear. The ring size measures 51, US: 5.7, the total weight is c. 8.15 g.

It has been common and accepted practice for hundreds of years to enhance color and clarity of colored gemstones by the use of different treatments. Only if such a treatment can unequivocally be excluded the gemstones are stated as ‘untreated’.

All gemstones were examined by us in mounted condition using different gemological devices. If there is a certificate or an external gemological report available it is stated in the description.

Bulgari (since 1884)
Bulgari was founded by Sotirio Bulgari, who was descended from a family of silversmiths. In 1884, he opened his first shop in Rome on the Via Sistina, and then moved to the Via dei Condotti in 1905, where the shop is located still today. His sons Giorgio and Costantino took over the business in 1932. They are known for having created the highly distinctive ‘Bvlgari’ style, inspired by Greek and Roman classicism, the Italian Renaissance, and the 19th century Roman school of goldsmiths.
