Zustand:

Kürzlich war die Armbanduhr zur Revision beim Uhrmacher. Sie ist in einem guten Zustand mit geringen Gebrauchsspuren. Die beidseitig drehbare Lünette ist leicht zerkratzt und das Zifferblatt ist stellenweise minimal verschlissen. Im Kurzzeittest war die Uhr voll funktionstüchtig. Keine Garantie auf Ganggenauigkeit und -dauer. Der Gehäusedurchmesser beträgt 37 mm. Die Höhe beläuft sich auf 10 mm. Das Armband hat eine Länge von ca. 16,5 cm, währen die Bandanstöße 18 mm messen. Die Uhr wiegt insgesamt 45 Gramm.



Mondia

Paul Wermot gründete am 23. August 1935 in Le Locle die Schweizer Uhrenmanufaktur. Die Begabung des Uhrmachers für Präzision und seine Leidenschaft für die Mechanik brachte die Firma innerhalb kürzester Zeit große Erfolge und einen wachsenden Kundenkreis. Auch konnte Mondia sich auf dem europäischen Markt etablieren, denn die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Modelle, der Verwendung von qualitativen Materialien und die fortschrittliche Fertigung machten die Firma äußerst attraktiv – besonders für italienische Kunden, auf deren Geschmack viele Entwürfe abgestimmt wurden. Die Firma vergrößerte sich so immer weiter, bis Mondia 1970 zu einem Teil von Zenith wurde und schließlich in der Holding-Gesellschaft Mondia-Zenith-Movado aufging. (nlu)

During in-house testing, the watch was fully functional. Long term precision and regularity cannot be guaranteed. The watch case measures 37 mm in diameter and 10 mm in height. Mondia

Paul Wermot founded the Swiss watch manufacture on the 23rd of August 1935. The ability of the watchmaker for precision and his passion for mechanics brought the company success and a growing clientele. Mondia was also able to establish its position on the European market, since the continuous development of the models, the use of quality materials and a progressive production made the company very attractive – especially for Italian customers, with which many designs were adjusted. The company grew and grew until Mondia became part of Zenith in 1970 and lastly merged into the holding company Mondia-Zenith-Movado.
