Unser Exemplar mit den 4 nach 1732 ausgetauschten Ktn., der Deutschlandkte. mit Dat. 1736 und der Neufundlandkte. im 3. Zustand mit dem 2. Textblock, der auf die Eroberung der Insel durch die Engländer 1745 Bezug nimmt (Kershaw 573 mit Abb.). Enthält Weltkarte, Nordpol, 4 Kontinente sowie europ., amerikan. und einige asiatische und afrikan. Länder- und Gebietskarten. - Leicht gebräunt und etwas fleckig, die Weltkarte stärker. Einige kl. Randeinrisse, Kte. 53 mit kl. Ausriß im w. Unterrand. Die eingefalt. Ktn. teils mit größeren Falz- und Randeinrissen sowie Knitterspuren, Kte. 27 oben mit Rand- und Eckausriß (ersterer mit etwas Bildverlust). Fehlen der rechte eingefaltete Bildstreifen (ca. 4 cm) der Kte. 58 (Antigua) und der gest. Titel. With 64 on 62 (12 folding) maps in contemp. outline colouring. - Slighly browned and somewhat spotted, stronger to title. Some small marginal tears. Larger tears and some creasing to folding maps, tear to top of map no. 27 with small loss of image. Lacking extreme right of map 58 (c. 4 cm) and engr. title. Bound in modern half-cloth.
