With woodcut printer's device on title, larger device at end, 43 (39 full-page) woodcuts, including the arms of the dedicatee and portrait of the author, and numerous (18 historiated) initials. - Some spotting and marginal dampstaining throughout, several small repairs to last leaf, partly affecting text, title partly detached. Old marbled wrappers, rubbed, spine defective and covered with paper.
