Mit schöner Weltkarte in 2 Hemisphären nach N. Visscher (vgl. Shirley 498; mit Kalifornien als Insel und der Nordküste Australiens), Karten des Hl. Landes und des Mittelmeeraumes sowie Plan von Jerusalem mit 4 Randleisten (Laor 805, 807, 809, 811 & 1150). - Teilw. leicht gebräunt oder etwas fleckig, hier und da vor allem in den Rändern etwas wasserfleckig. Kaum Randläsuren. Wenige alte Anm. in Tinte. Weltkte. mittig mit leichter Quetschfalte, 2 Ktn. etwas fleckig, 1 mittig etwas geknittert und mit kl. Bugeinriß unten. Dutch folio bible, States-General version. With engraved title and 6 double-page maps by D. Stoopendaal, incl. world map and plan of Jerusalem. - Some browning and spotting in places, some occasional mainly marginal waterstaining. A few ink notes. Printer's crease along centerfold of world map, 2 maps somewhat stained, some creasing at fold and small tear at lower fold to another. Contemp. calf over wooden boards, brass corner-pieces and remnants of clasps, somewhat rubbed, stronger to back cover, small tears to head and tail.
