A LAVENDER JADEITE SNUFF BOTTLE WITH STREAKS OF DEEP EMERALD GREEN, QING DYNASTY Jadeite, semi-translucent, with a smooth, almost oily finish, the intense lavender tone with bright emerald-green streaks. China, 1780-1880With two of the most fascinating, mystic and sought-after colors of jadeite present in the very same bottle, the artist, instead of adding a carving, chose to let nature speak for itself.
