Plus de 1400 relayeurs sur une distance de 3365 km ont parcouru l'Europe. Hauteur 41 cm. Official torch of the XIV Summer Olympic Games. Made of aluminum alloy, featuring the Olympic rings design on the bowl. Over 1,400 torchbearers traveled a distance of 3,365 km across Europe. Height: 41 cm. Footnotes: Les XIVe Jeux Olympiques d'été se sont déroulés à Londres en 1948, marquant le retour des Jeux après la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Ces Jeux ont été les premiers à être organisés après un intervalle de douze ans, et ils ont mis l'accent sur la paix et la réconciliation. Plus de 4 000 athlètes provenant de 59 pays ont participé, concourant dans 17 sports.
