Modell eines oktogonalen Kuppelbaus auf umziehendem, getrepptem Sockel stehend
An vier Seiten eingearbeitete Türen mit durchbrochenen Kassetten mit dreistufiger Antreppung
Das Gesims an einer Türseite mit runder Fensteröffnung, an den Zwischenseiten mit querrechteckigem Doppelfenster mit Sternversprossung aus Bein
Die achtseitige Kuppel in Holz ausgeführt und abnehmbar
Über der frontalen Tür in einem Halbkreis das Bild in Farbfassung von Jesu Christi flankiert von zwei Heiligen, darüber die Inschrift (geritzt) „LVX LVCET IN TENEBRIS“
