Dieses georgorianische Stockbarometer wurde in England gefertigt und datiert in die Zeit um 1800. Montiert ist das Instrument auf Mahagoni, sodass alle Prozesse des Geräts für den Betrachter ersichtlich sind. Besonders ins Auge tritt hierbei das Zifferblatt aus versilbertem Messing. Es ist zu betonen, dass es sich bei diesem Barometer um ein seltenes Exemplar handelt.
Das Stockbarometer befindet sich einem sehr guten Zustand mit minimalen Alters-und Gebrauchsspuren. In der Höhe misst das Gerät 97 cm, in der Breite 11,5 cm und in der Tiefe 8 cm. Ohne Garantie auf Funktionsfähigkeit. (bal)

This Geogorian stick barometer dates back to the time around 1800 and was built in England. All parts of the instrument are directly mounted onto mahogany, so that all processes are laid open to the viewer. Quite noteworthy appears the dial made of silver-plated brass. The fact that this barometer is a highly rare piece has to be emphasized.
The barometer is in a very good condition with minimal signs of age and wear. It measures 97 cm in height, 11.5 cm in width and 8 cm in depth. There is no guarantee on functionality. (bal)
